		+	We are doing extensive research on refrigeration techniques. We are planning on applying for a grant from the university, probably wont happen until after the new year.... once we have the grant money in place, we will start some basic research on optimizing the pot in pot fridge; does it work best in direct sunlight or shade? what materials work best, etc. Then, once we have an optimal device, we may test it against using cold ground water vs. evaporation for cooling especially since in the areas this would be applied EWB has the resources to do this. Once we decide which method works best we will be able to reformulate and proceed with the next steps.

*Elections are to be held on Nov 29th. Exiled President Manuel Zelaya (who has been living the Brazilian embassy in Tegucigalpa since Sept. 21st), has stated in early November that he will not recognize the results of the election, regardless.
